Theft & Attempted Fraud

Deputies are investigating a theft that occurred on April 6, 2019, at approximately 11:00 a.m. at the Harvest Fare in the 2300 block of Bel Air Road in Fallston.

Deputies were informed an unknown individual had taken the victim’s cell phone case were credit cards and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Shortly after the theft, an unknown individual attempted to make several large purchases at a local business that were all declined.

Through investigation, images of the suspect were obtained. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 30-40 years old with long black hair, and a long black beard. He was wearing a red hat, red and white striped shirt, black blazer and black pants.

Anyone who has information is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
