Theft

On December 11, 2020, at 2:15 p.m. deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Carter’s on Bel Air South Parkway in Bel Air for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, deputies were informed three suspects, two males and a female, had just stolen several items. The suspects entered the store, walked around, then two of the suspects began placing clothing in their jackets. They then left the store without paying for the items. They fled the area in a grey Nissan.
