Armed Robbery

On July 30, 2019, at approximately 12:33 a.m., deputies responded to the Checkers restaurant on Pulaski Highway in Edgewood for the report of an armed robbery.

Early investigation indicated a suspect (pictured right), wearing a dark blue Polo sweatshirt and blue Nike shoes, approached employees outside the location, and demanded money. The victims complied, and returned inside handling over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then fled the location in a vehicle headed eastbound on Rt. 40. The vehicle is described as a white Hyundai Elantra with rear driver’s side damage.

Anyone with information about this crime, or the suspect is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
