Theft

On October 29, 2019, at 11:43 a.m. a deputy was on proactive foot patrol in the Festival Shopping Center was alerted by employees at the Carter’s store of a possible shoplifting that had occurred earlier in the day.

Through investigation, it was determined two unknown females, one pushing a child in a stroller, entered the store, and placed several clothing items into a bag, before leaving the store without paying.

After further investigation, images of the suspect were obtained.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect, or has information regarding this crime, is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
